bathroom. This delightful home has all the craftsman charm
from an era gone past.
~Vintage-style kitchen
~Original Hardwood floors
~Bonus room in basement
~Dining Room
~Covered Deck with new hot tub
~Fenced back yard
~Paved off-street parking
Don't wait ~ This charmer won't last!
Wahoo! She finally replied and our offer was accepted. We are very excited though the hard work has just begun. Our bathroom remodel isn't quite complete, but we must now find a buyer fast. We have yet to put our sign in the yard as we are trying to get closer on the bathroom project. Can't wait any longer now, so the sign goes up tomorrow. Yikes! Wish us luck ~ If any of you Astorians roaming around out there happen to know someone that's looking, please, send them my way.
I'll try to post some picture of the new house soon.

Oh, how excitng!! Good luck with the sale of your home, several years ago I sold mine via FSBO and it only took 10 days. And believe me the neighborhood was not nearly as desirable as yours!

I can't wait to see pictures of your new house or at least some details? House selling and buying is so stressful but always worth it.
