Roses and Wine


A wonderful, sweet Valentine Day dinner from my sweet. What could be better than dinner for two with a beautiful bouqet of roses and wine. My darling husband came home from work last night, roses in hand, and whipped up this incredible dinner of shrimp and scallop scampi with french bread and wine. Heavenly. He used a blend of Tillamook butter, Spanich spices, garlic and cilantro. The flavor was outstanding.
I am such a lucky girl....

I hope you all were blessed with a little bit of love yesterday (and today, and tomorrow...)

What I want to know is how you pulled off dinner for two? Where did you stuff the kids to get away with that?!
