Christmas Chaos...

"The stockings were hung
by the chimney with care
in hopes that Saint Nicholas
soon would be there..."

At the Niziolek household chaos reigns as usual. We are in the midst of trying to re-model our old icky bathroom, get our Christmas packages sent out around the world, and, (we must be crazy!), we have put an offer on a house this week. We are waiting for the seller to accept or counter. If she accepts then the chaos increases ten-fold. Yep, I've just decided, we are crazy!! If you see me walking down the street, babbling to myself, pay no attention. It's just my poor little mind that has gone out for a time. Hopefully it will be back soon...

May you all be blessed with a calm Christmas season...

Thanks for all the good wishes!

Wende,
A local blogger meetup sounds like alot of fun! The house is in Astoria, we are still in negotiations with the seller as another offer was submitted the same day as well. Our very cute, cozy cottage is now for sale (by owner) so if anybody knows of someone who is looking, send them my way. We are frantically trying to get our bathroom remodel done, argh!!!
Stacey,
make sure you let me know how the property at Baker turns out. Are you coming back to look at it?

I'm on total pins and needles... I'm hoping for the best (but sad you won't be living right down the hill from me any more!)

Blogging meetup is going to be the 28th at 3 pm at Astoria Coffee on 11th. If that time won't work, let me know, it's still early enough to change it! :D

OMG... you're moving? You can't... I just found you! Are you staying close by? In Astoria? Keep us posted!

OMG#2... if you live right down the hill from Wende... and you live right down the hill from me...

Monica, I'm not certain she lives right down the hill from me, but her neighbor does! *wink*

Monica and Wende,
This is too funny! You guys have to be next door neighbors almost. Can't wait for that blogger meetup!! 28th at 3 works for me. I'll just take a late lunch that day.
Our new house (my fingers are crossed) is just a couple of miles out of town on Youngs River Road. I can still see your houses from my new living room window. How funny is that?! It'll just be a much longer walk to visit. I've already moved in in my mind...

Wende and I are practically next door! Wild, eh!

I don't want you to move from the blogging capitol of Astoria... but a home on YR sounds so awesome! And funny you can still us... that is if this storm doesn't blow our houses away!

Oh,wow... does this mean we can see your new house? I bet I can! You know what this means... after you move I can stand in my bathroom and flash signals with a flashlight.

As for Monica, I'm pretty sure with a good arm we could chuck stones at each ohter's houses and hit! So far, I've resisted the urge to walk down her street, because for the life of me I can't recall which house would be hers.

How weird and yet really, really cool is this? :D

All I can say is, breathe deeply. My goodness. I don't think you're crazy, but I do think you may be very, very busy any minute now!
