Homemade Goodness...

Don't you just love homemade goodies? This bundle of wonderfulness came in the mail the other day from my sister, Gidge. She crocheted the adorable tree potholder, made the bag that holds her own homemade pinecone potpourri, whipped up the very cute basket liner, pockets and all, and filled the Christmas tin with homemade cookies and rice crispy treats. I love it all! Thanks Gidge. You're the best...
We also received a box full of delicious homemade cookies and quick bread from my stepmom, Sharon. Sharon, they were wonderful and have long since been gobbled...
May you all be blessed with homemade goodness...

We've been getting goodies, I feel like a bear getting ready for winter!
Gidge's cookies are all gone & I ate one of the loaves of bread that Sharon made all by myself yesterday!
They realy shouldn't leave me alone with goodie's!
My book of "The Time Travelers Wife" came in today. I'm excited to get started on it.

Stacey,
I know what ya mean. I haven't even told the kids that there are cookies in that tin!
I'm reading "The Time Travelers Wife" right now and am really enjoying it. Of course, we have been so busy that I read for about 5 minutes in bed before I fall asleep with the book on my face. Slow going...

Oh! Lucky you. My brother sends gift cards... heh. OH! And my smittens? Yeah, he and his girlfriend broke up. I'm now calling them "Smittens of Death"!

I told someone about your house... I hope they call you.

Yay for you. I do love homemade gifts, but the only other person in my family who makes gifts is my dad. I wish I had a family member who sews!
