Head Hugger Hat Craziness...

A few weeks ago, I took a class to learn to knit hats. This was my first "real" knitting project and it turned out to be very simple. I have since gone a little crazy, put all other projects aside, and have just started on my 4th head hugger hat. This is one that I finished last night for Dustin. Love the color! He should stand out on the slopes this year with that on his head.
My next project is a scarf pattern called "Rabbit Proof Fence". It is a very pretty scarf made from alpaca yarn. You drop a stitch here and there (following the pattern, of course), which gives it a really pretty lacey affect. I'll post a picture of it when I'm done.
I informed my boss today that this working thing is really interfering with my knitting time. She hooted and hollered over that all day.
It's rainy and stormy, just how we like it here in the Pacific Northwest. I'm off to sit outside in the hot tub now. Wish you all could join me...

I tried to post yesterday to you but bad blogger wouldn't let me. :)

Great hat!! You did a wonderful job! I should really take a class too now that I have all sorts of supplies thanks to Heidi at Spiritual Knitter!

I'm glad your loved one is back home or home base rather, not sure if that showed up or not..I'll have to check, who knows with this crazy blogger. :)
